Step 4: The Design
Rubber meets the road as ideas begin to transform into architectural plans.
Once we have identified the location, we now know site requirements that might affect our design (i.e. sloped topography, waterfront, where the view corridors lay, etc.). At this point we are ready to begin your custom design layout.
This is Jared Sherburne's specialty, and it's for a reason. Using hand drawing techniques, he takes into account every element of the location and what you've told us about how YOU want to live.
Architecture, engineering, and years of market and building savvy now come together to make what was once conceptual - buildable. Watch it all unfold on paper.
